Due to the nature of cosmetic products and strict hygiene, quality, and safety standards, specific conditions apply to all purchases. Please review the following information carefully before placing an order.

Refund and Returns Policy

This Refund and Returns Policy outlines the circumstances under which Tan Envy may provide refunds, replacements, or support in relation to purchased products. By placing an order, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set out below.

Change of Mind

Due to the nature of cosmetic products and for hygiene, safety, and quality-control reasons, Tan Envy does not accept returns or provide refunds for change-of-mind purchases. All sales are considered final once an order has been placed.

This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Order Errors

Customers are responsible for ensuring all product selections, variants, and quantities are correct at checkout. Tan Envy is not obligated to provide refunds or replacements due to customer error. However, we may assist at our discretion if the order has not yet been dispatched.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect product, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery. Clear photographs of the parcel, packaging, and product will be required.

Once verified, Tan Envy may, at its discretion, provide a replacement or refund for the affected item.

We reserve the right to decline claims that cannot be substantiated or where damage results from misuse, improper handling, or failure to follow usage or storage instructions.

Lost or Delayed Deliveries

Once an order has been dispatched, delivery responsibility rests with the postal or courier service. Tan Envy is not liable for delays, lost parcels, or delivery issues caused by third-party carriers.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact us and we will assist where possible; however, outcomes are subject to carrier investigations and their policies.

Return Conditions (If Approved)
In the rare event that a return is approved by Tan Envy, the following conditions apply:
•    Items must be unopened, unused, and in original packaging
•    Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated
•    Refunds or replacements will only be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected

Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned under any circumstances:
•    Opened, used, or tampered products
•    Products not in original packaging
•    Items returned without prior written approval
•    Items damaged due to improper handling or storage
